For my taste there is the best black (homemade) in the whole country.

One of the last restaurants with home-style cuisine and meat from our own butcher shop. The latter is noticeable in the always excellent meat quality. Steaks, sirloin, fillets that melt on the tongue and are brought to a taste level by the kitchen that will do them justice. A real delicacy in every respect ... The ambience is upscale to fine and yet kept cozy. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and never offered the slightest reason for complaint. All in all: the Schwanen is currently our favorite restaurant in the whole area because it is simply the best ever.
